About Shine AVI Learning
Shine AVI Learning is built on a simple belief: every child can shine when learning is designed around the way they understand the world.
Founded by Anita Sharma, an Autism Educator and Inclusive Education Advocate, Shine AVI Learning works to bridge the gap between classroom admission and meaningful participation. Many children are physically present in school but still struggle to process instructions, communicate needs, understand concepts or keep pace with traditional teaching methods. Shine AVI was created to change that.
We develop structured learning solutions for children with autism, developmental delays, ADHD, learning disabilities, speech-language challenges, comprehension gaps and other neurodevelopmental learning needs. Our approach combines visual learning, language development, cognitive strengthening, parent involvement and teacher support to help children progress in a more practical and personalized way.
Today, Shine AVI is growing as a complete inclusive education platform with 500+ specialized learning books, parent training programs, resource room models for schools, franchise opportunities and government-aligned inclusive education initiatives.
1. Specialized Learning Publications
Shine AVI is developing a strong publication vertical with 500+ specialized books and learning resources designed for children who need extra support in language, cognition, communication, social understanding, academic readiness and daily skill development.
Our books are created to support visual learning, concept clarity, vocabulary development, reasoning, comprehension and structured skill-building. These resources are useful for parents, educators, therapists, special educators and schools working with children who learn differently.
2. Resource Rooms for Schools
Shine AVI helps schools establish Pull-Out Resource Rooms where children can receive focused support without being separated from mainstream school life.
A resource room is a dedicated learning support space inside the school. Children attend regular classes and receive short, targeted intervention sessions through visual tools, structured activities and trained educators. This helps them build language, processing, attention, communication and classroom participation skills.
Our resource room model helps schools move from basic inclusion to meaningful inclusion.
3. Parent Training Programs
Parents are a child’s first and most important support system. Shine AVI offers parent training programs that help families understand their child’s learning needs, communication style, behavior patterns and developmental journey.
Through practical guidance, parents learn how to support their child at home using structured routines, visual tools, communication strategies and positive learning methods.

Shine AVI is expanding through a franchise model for individuals, educators and institutions who want to build purposeful learning centers in their city.

Our Story
Shine AVI began with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by children, parents and schools in the inclusive education journey.
For many families, the struggle begins when a child is admitted into school but is unable to participate meaningfully. The child may not follow spoken instructions, may struggle with vocabulary, may avoid classroom tasks, may not express needs clearly or may feel overwhelmed in a traditional classroom environment.
At the same time, teachers often want to help but may not have the right tools, time or specialized training to support every learning need individually.
Shine AVI was created to offer a practical bridge between the child, parent, teacher and school system. Our work focuses on building structured learning pathways that make education more accessible, more visual, more supportive and more meaningful for every child.

Our Pull-Out Resource Room model has been proposed for government schools across Uttarakhand to support neurodiverse children through early intervention, visual-based learning and structured classroom integration.
